1. Booking & Payment
Booking Confirmation: All services are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount is 25% of the total project fee.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot or event. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Final Deliverables: Final edited photos or videos will be delivered only after full payment is received.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are subject to a 50% charge of the total project cost. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged 100% of the total project cost.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling is allowed once per project without any additional charge. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
Force Majeure: If unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or emergencies occur, we will work with you to find an alternative date or provide a partial refund if applicable.
3. Photography Services
Pre-shoot Consultation: Prior to the event or shoot, we will schedule a consultation to understand your needs and preferences.
Session Duration: The length of the session is typically agreed upon in advance. Additional hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Deliverables:
Photos: Edited and retouched photos will be delivered in digital format.
Videos: Cinematic videos and highlights will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Backup: We keep backup copies of all photos and videos for up to 30 days after delivery. After this period, we are not responsible for storing or retrieving your files.
4. Editing Services
Post-production Time: Standard turnaround time for edited photos is 2-3 weeks. For videos, the typical time is 4-6 weeks. Rush orders are available with additional fees.
Revisions: Each project includes one round of free revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
Style & Preferences: We strive to match your preferences, but please be aware that the editing style reflects the artistic direction of the photographer and editor.
5. Client Responsibilities
Model Release: By booking our services, you grant us permission to use your images and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Location & Permissions: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that any necessary permits or permissions are secured for shooting at specific locations.
Behavior & Cooperation: Clients must cooperate with the photographer and editor to ensure a smooth process, including adhering to the agreed schedule and providing the necessary environment.
6. Copyright & Usage
Copyright Ownership: All images and videos captured by our team remain the property of photocaptuer.com, but you will have full usage rights for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial Use: Any use of the photos or videos for commercial purposes (advertising, media, etc.) requires written consent and may incur additional licensing fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
Force Majeure: Photocaptuer.com is not liable for any delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or technical failure).
Quality Guarantee: We make every effort to deliver high-quality photos and videos. However, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances affecting the quality of the shoot, such as poor lighting or technical issues.
8. Client Feedback & Complaints
We value your feedback. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your final deliverables so that we can address your concerns. We are committed to making things right!
